Role summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services team in Petah Tikva, Israel. You will act as the key project and client-facing representative, responsible for delivering complete technical solutions for clients by leveraging a systematic process of requirements gathering, mapping business requirements to technical requirements and ultimately the overall design of the payment solution. You will lead RFP (Request for Proposal) strategy as well as hands on RFP execution. You will work with diverse teams to ensure client success. provide ongoing technical guidance and serve as technical subject matter expert throughout the client lifecycle.

What you’ll do
- Lead RFP Strategy, roadmap and process. Responsible to respond to complex RFPs end to end including collaboration with all Payoneer’s departments
- Architect technical and creative business solutions in support of sales activities using Payoneer suite of products. Provide presales support, solution design, client onboarding and post launch service
- Present and demo Payoneer products; set clear expectations with client on Payoneer products, services, functionality and onboarding process
- Work with Delivery, Product, Operations and R&D teams to translate and assess prospect’s feedback into meaningful product insights
- Collect solution design signoff from client & internal stakeholders (Ops, Compliance, etc.)
- Own and manage technical documentation including use cases and best practices
- Drive continuous improvements, process optimization, and feedback loops including launch of AI tool for Automation
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience providing enterprise clients with technical support during pre-sales lifecycle, technical solution architecture and client onboarding
- Experience with leading RFP/RFI strategy and responses
- Experience in writing technical documentation and client-facing guides
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple large enterprise projects/implementations
- Experience with Application Programming Interface (API’s), and SaaS based products and technologies
- Proficiency in the following: requirements gathering, development, troubleshooting, deployment, technical training
- Creative, independent problem solver
- Solid communication, relationship management skills and technical aptitude
- Energetic, motivated self-starter who is able to collaborate with various teams across the business
