About the team

As a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer, you will be a member of a small UX Team within a larger multinational team of product managers, engineers, testers, and designers to build world-class SaaS applications for users around the world.

You will work side-by-side with Product Managers and Product Owners to create interactive experiences for one of our core SLM (Service Lifecycle Management) solution areas – Service Fulfillment. The area is on an exciting but challenging journey where we will completely overhaul the user experience for all Service Fulfillment personas. You will work through the entire development cycle: from gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, through the development of workflows and information architecture, creation of wireframes and prototypes to the validation of implemented solutions.

About the role

  • Create various deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, User journeys, and flows).
  • Translate complex concepts and requirements to easy-to-use and effective solutions.
  • Organize and run user research activities on your own or alongside a UX researcher. Conduct usability testing sessions. Explain research results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Learn about the aftermarket domain. Be curious about the industry and be an effective end-user advocate.
  • Contribute to strategic UX initiatives within the solution area as well as globally.
