As a Process Process Optimization Specialist, team member at Glovo's Live Operations, you will help redesign processes for maximum satisfaction and efficiency across Customers, Glovers, and Partners while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Contribute to end-to-end process redesign, automation flow improvements, data-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and industry expertise development.

Be a part of a team where you will:

• Redesign processes E2E to drive satisfaction, efficiency, scalability and consistency to Customers, Couriers and Partners
• Create and improve flows for automations while ensuring a good experience for our users
• Analyze process execution data to identify  improvement opportunities and adjust flows accordingly
• Work with local and global stakeholders and adapt processes to their needs
• Identify business and operations improvement opportunities with regards Customer Service 
• Develop a deep understanding of "online delivery service" industry business processes

What you will bring to the ride:

• +2 years of experience in similar positions
• Degree in Engineering, Business or similar
• Previous experience in business consulting firms is a plus
• Experience in customer services is a plus
• Tech savvy, ability to learn to use new tools
• Ability to create detailed processes
• High attention to detail, highly structured and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Spanish and English. Understanding of any other language is plus
