✅ The Role: We are seeking a hands-on Procurement Specialist to join our global team. Our goal is to enhance process efficiency, ensure stakeholder satisfaction through commercial decisions, mitigate risks, and manage contracts and vendors effectively.

This multifaceted role includes responsibilities such as pricing strategy and analysis, vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, cost control, and risk management. Experience in technology procurement is highly desirable, along with vendor negotiation skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams are also crucial.

✅ What this job involves:

• Handle high volume of procurement tasks: manage purchase requests, manage supplier communications, oversee adherence to contractual agreements and monitoring contracts.
• Partner with stakeholders, conduct pricing analyses, and lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable terms.
• Evaluate risks and collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and other departments.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Act as the go-to expert for hardware within the procurement team. This role will be responsible for managing all hardware requests.
• Support the team in various procurement activities as needed.

✅ What you need to have:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT/Tech Procurement. Preferred from a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) background.
• Should have good communication skills
• Exceptional multi-tasker, enjoying multiple concurrent projects.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, vendor relationship management and negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills focused on cost-saving strategies, unafraid to suggest improvements.
• Well-organized with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Self-starter, eager to learn and take ownership of your work.
• Experience with procurement intake-to-procure ZIPHQ tool and Netsuite ERP is a plus.
