Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and innovative Product Analyst to revolutionize our legal technology landscape. In this pivotal role, you will design, build, and implement solutions across our core product suite, directly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our global legal operations. You will be the crucial link between our legal stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into elegant, scalable solutions. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our legal operations and driving technological advancement within the company.

Our core technology stack includes Salesforce, Conga CLM, DocuSign, Mitratech TAP, and various eBilling and compliance platforms. Success requires building strong partnerships across Product Management, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Finance. The ideal candidate is a sharp communicator, a creative problem-solver, and a detail-oriented builder with a passion for using technology to drive operational excellence.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Product & Project Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements and new workflows, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through to development, UAT, and final deployment.
  • Serve as a Product Owner or Scrum Lead within our Agile framework, facilitating ceremonies, managing the sprint backlog, and ensuring the development team is aligned on key priorities.
  • Manage all project communications, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and timelines.

Solution Design & Technical Implementation

  • Collaborate closely with Legal and Contract Management experts to translate business challenges into detailed user stories, process maps, and precise acceptance criteria.
  • Build and configure solutions within our tech stack, making strategic design trade-offs between declarative (clicks-not-code) configurations, custom development, and third-party integrations.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration, including custom objects, validation rules, and Flow automation.
  • Administer and enhance our Conga CLM instance, including the configuration of contract templates, dynamic clauses, and negotiation playbooks to streamline contracting workflows.
  • Manage release cycles and deploy changes between Salesforce environments using CI/CD best practices; hands-on experience with tools like Gearset is a strong plus.

Quality, Data & Adoption

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and leverage tools like TestRail to ensure the highest quality releases.
  • Support data governance initiatives and empower the business with actionable insights by building custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the long-term product roadmap by identifying and advocating for opportunities in process automation and system improvement.
  • Create clear user documentation and assist with training sessions to support change management and drive the adoption of new features.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working on enterprise systems as a Product Analyst or implementation consultant in a fast-paced, global technology organization
  • 3+ years of hands-on Conga [Apttus] Contract Lifecycle Management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing Salesforce solutions with a solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Translate business requirements into clear, concise user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams, and then implement the solution.
  • Ability to work across functional teams and influence and execute ideas among various business groups
  • Demonstrated experience with legal technologies (e.g., deal management, rights management, e-billing, contract and document management, e-signature, knowledge management)
  • Familiar with and able to drive the Agile development and release methodologies, especially for automation of business processes, improvements/redesigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate key job functions, such as drafting user stories, creating test plans, generating documentation, and summarizing technical requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent years of industry experience
  • Proven hands-on technical expertise in integrating Conga [Apttus] with eSignature tools like DocuSign
  • SFDC and/or Conga [Apttus] CLM certification highly desirable (Level 201)
  • Experience and understanding of Boomi integration is highly desirable
  • Prior experience supporting legal-related technology projects such as CLM, eBilling, Matter Management, Export Compliance, Ethics & Compliance is preferred
