About the Role We are looking for a Product Analyst to be embedded in one of our product squads. You will be responsible for the analytical support helping to grow our two key marketplace platforms: the customer-facing platform and the partner-facing platform. Your work will involve deep analysis of user behavior, end-to-end analytics, planning and analysis of A/B tests, and close collaboration with Product Managers to make data-driven decisions. A key focus will be on optimizing pricing strategies and finding product growth opportunities. Works end-to-end: clarifies the problem, shapes metrics, partners with DWH, builds usable tools, and supports adoption. Operates cross-region.Tech Stack
  • Analytics/DWH: SQL, Python, SnowFlake, AirFlow, Looker, Amplitude, GoogleAnalytics, GoogleSheets, DataHub, Git.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define the problem, success metrics, and hypotheses; propose experiments and measure impact on the business.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing and the end-to-end product hypothesis pipeline (from ideation to analysis and implementation).
  • Build & maintain dashboards in Looker; ensure correctness of data, clarity, usability, and decision support.
  • Analyze product funnels, user behavior, and platform performance (activation, conversion, retention, pricing effects) to drive product growth, revenue, and margin.
  • Data requirements & QA: specify data needs, validate data quality, and collaborate with DWH on marts and metrics.
  • Required ways of working: start with “why,” simplify, and treat analytics as a product.
Examples of problems to be solved:
  • Feature A/B testing & CRO: Formulate hypotheses for new product features, design experiments (A/B, MVT), analyze results, and provide recommendations to improve user conversion and engagement.
  • Pricing & Monetization analysis: Design and analyze A/B tests for different pricing models and strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Product performance monitoring/insights: track lifecycle KPIs, trends, and customer feedback; recommend actions.
  • Marketplace balance: identify capability gaps and guide Partner Network expansion to match demand.
  • Revenue/Margin forecasting: design/develop cross-domain systems to forecast month/quarter/year outcomes and adjust strategy/tactics to hit critical KPIs; automate root-cause analysis of forecast fluctuations and improve forecast quality.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Track record of curiosity and self-directed development in adjacent disciplines—product, UX, human behavior/psychology—is a very strong plus.
Qualification and experience
  • Experience: 3+ years in product analytics (ideally B2B/B2C marketplaces).
  • Tech: strong SQL, Python; BI (Looker/Tableau/Qlik/etc.); Git/JIRA/Confluence or equivalents.
  • Quantitative: solid foundations in probability and statistics; hands-on with statistical analysis and experimentation (hypothesis testing, A/B testing design, power analysis), regression and time-series analysis.
  • Plus: applied ML exposure (supervised/unsupervised, feature engineering, model evaluation & cross-validation); DWH concepts (design, data structures, ETL/ELT).
  • Soft skills: business sense, clear communication, structured thinking, attention to data quality; can decompose ambiguous asks into deliverables.
