Your challengeAs our Product Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user experiences that exceed expectations. Reporting to CPO, you will balance hands-on design with team leadership responsibilities to drive innovation, ensure consistency, and align design efforts with business goals.

In your everyday work, you will:

• Stay cutting-edge: Keep the team informed on the latest tools, trends, and best practices.

• Enhance efficiency: Share knowledge, optimize workflows, and support the team’s success.

Who we think you are

• A seasoned design professional with 5+ years of experience in product design.

• Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other similar prototyping software.

• Strong understanding of all parts of the design process and their practical application.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to advocate for design within a cross-functional setting.

• A strategic thinker with an eye for detail, balancing the big picture with hands-on execution.

• A curious and passionate individual capable of inspiring others.
