YOUR IMPACT

As regulations evolve, the Privacy COCKPIT expands to support the EU AI Act and responsible AI and digital-ethics practices. - Dig into customer problems! Engage in Product Discovery to understand pain points,needsand opportunities. You advocate for the customer at every stage of the product development process. You bridge the gap between the customer and business needs, working in a Trio with Product Design and Product Engineering to come up with innovative solution ideas. Leverage our extensive customer base to discuss and validate ideas. Along with the Product Designer, conduct user research and test and identify new user needs, trendsand areas for innovation.
- Transform our product strategy into user adoption and business impact! Create a plan to drive impact for your product area and align it with the company’s business goals and market trends. Understand the competitive landscape and industry dynamics to ensure you and your team are “building the right solutions”.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Growth, Management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of the strategy.
- Support efficient delivery! Own the quarterly objectives to make sure we focus on the most impactful initiatives. Work closely with our amazing Product Engineering teams using agile methodologies to facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of product features and enhancements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, address challenges and roadblocks swiftly. Measure the success and continuously improve and innovate.
- Make data-informed decisions! Incorporate data, research, and market analysis into your planning and daily work.
- Be an Evangelist! Serve as the internal and external champion for your product area, representing its value proposition and unique selling points. Make sure our customer-facing teams are aware of the most relevant value-adding features and functionalities. Engage with customers and industry influencers to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends.
To succeed in this role:
- You have at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You have a proven track record of shipping customer value that translates into business value, working with a cross-functional tech team and guiding it to achieve defined milestones.
- You demonstrate natural leadership qualities that allow you to inspire and lead your Product team and key stakeholders to desired outcomes, ensuring everyone is part of the journey.
- You have excellent communication and visualization skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- You are curious, analytical, and pragmatic, with a passion for turning complex systems into simple, intuitive solutions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Fluent English and French language skills (C1/C2 level).
