Dive into a transformative role in the nonprofit sector by leveraging your product management expertise, focusing on growth through A/B testing and workflow optimization. As a Growth-focused PM, you will be instrumental in refining essential workflows like peer-to-peer registration and checkout processes. Working alongside world-class product managers and analysts, you'll dive deep into data to identify and enhance the biggest growth opportunities, eliminate friction, and drive significant business impact. Your effective strategies will amplify nonprofits' reach and impact, enabling them to tackle the world's most pressing causes! This role is pivotal in experimenting with and implementing new strategies that not only drive substantial user growth but also elevate the overall user experience.

  • Lead and execute thorough A/B testing across various key workflows to drive product improvements and ensure optimal user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data science to define product requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Develop learning plans to test critical hypotheses, using data to inform product development and continually optimize performance to boost adoption and engagement.
  • Engage closely with customers and fellow product managers to understand the needs and challenges, applying this insight to tailor product strategies that align with market demands.
  • Prioritize the testing backlog effectively, ensuring that the team focuses on tasks that offer the most value to our users.
  • Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and outcomes to collaborators at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to keep ahead of industry trends and ensure our offerings are innovative.

What you Bring...

  • 3+ years in product management, specifically with a focus on growth and optimization.
  • Validated experience in leading A/B testing and data-driven product decisions, with a great foundation in analytics and user behavior analysis.
  • Strong technical competence, ideally with experience in leading all aspects of products that involve sophisticated workflows and user interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative solutions that have significantly impacted business metrics.
  • Customer-first approach with shown capability to understand and translate user needs into actionable product features.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and make tough prioritization decisions when necessary.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.

What would be awesome to have...

  • MBA or Comp Science, Eng degree - technical degree a plus
  • Product Management experience in a b2b2c business model
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as; Heap, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau
  • Experience with engagement and testing solutions such as Optimizely or Appcues
  • Experience with nonprofits, fundraising
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business model
  • Product Management certification

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $100,000 - $135,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
