As a Programmatic Integration Manager on the Programmatic Partnerships team in our Beijing Office, you’ll play a vital role in architecting the technical connections that power our most strategic partnerships, including eCommerce platforms, agencies, and omni-channel DSPs in Greater China and around the globe. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystem to support partners throughout their lifecycle — from pre-sale consultations and their bidder development, through configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization.

You will work closely with partners’ technical and business teams to ensure smooth integrations, stable delivery, and continuous growth opportunities.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years ofproven experience leading complex, large-scale Server-to-Server RTB integrations and troubleshooting bidder behavior.
  • Strong technical background — ability to analyze logs, debug integration flows, and interpret bidstream data.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, REST APIs, network protocols, and client/server communication.
  • Familiarity with OpenRTB, ad exchange mechanics, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic concepts, including RTB, header bidding, different deal types (Open Exchange, PMPs, private deals, guaranteed deals) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and partners across time zones (including Asia).
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin -  both conversational and written - Must. 
  • Relevant academic degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Serve as the technical lead for RTB integrations in Greater China and around the globe, guiding partners through the full lifecycle: pre-sale planning, bidder development, setup, testing, and launch.
  • Provide technical and strategic consulting to RTB partners building or refining their bidders, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with Taboola’s exchange requirements.
  • Define and manage integration projects end-to-end: requirements collection, timeline planning, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • Continuously monitor partner health, identify issues proactively, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Create and maintain automated alerts, dashboards, and trend reports to ensure high bidder uptime and stable performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Business Development teams to identify opportunities for new features, improvements, and technical enablement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on RTB protocols, auction dynamics, and ad delivery flows — internally and externally.
  • Participate in customer meetings (including in-region visits when needed), representing Taboola’s technical excellence.
