We are looking for a proactive and Dutch speaking Project Manager  to join our team. The Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in guiding our customers through the transition from sales to full implementation to ensure a seamless experience and maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assume full responsibility for guiding customers through the onboarding process (from A-Z) following the completion of the sales cycle (signed contract)
  • Offer strategic advice to key stakeholders, particularly within IT and Communication departments, to ensure smooth integration and adoption
  • Ensuring the customer on how to increase the amount of active users through targeted strategies
  • Create a relationship with decision-makers, monitor adoption & engagement and advise
