How you can help make a better world of work

As Culture Amp grows, managing projects across our technology stack and delivering impactful technical change are all part of the day-to-day work of the Project Manager. 

As an experienced technology focussed project manager, you will help us shape, plan, assemble cross-functional project teams, and manage the delivery to ensure technical and system change projects are successfully completed and transitioned to operations. 

Collaborating with other teams, you will also have the opportunity to shape our Camper Delivery Framework, ensuring that we have an efficient project management framework to deliver projects in the most impactful way.

This is a hybrid position: (a minimum of) 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

You will 

  • Shape the work to be done: Work with internal stakeholders to shape projects, including project sponsors to identify benefits and develop business cases. Ensure that project goals are aligned with Culture Amp strategic objectives.
  • Plan the project: Analyse project briefs to plan timeline, budget, resources, and process required to deliver the project. 
  • Collaborate to deliver: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and other related activities, and then coordinate the activities of project teams to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Remove ambiguity: Provide guidance and motivation to project team members through the project lifecycle, including a clear outline of the work plan, ensuring project teams are clear on their responsibilities, scope of their authority, and facilitate effective, timely and transparent decision making practices. 
  • Advocate best practices: Promote accountability towards sustainable project delivery, championing project management best practices when working with internal stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders informed: Implement a frequent and concise communication plan, including regular reporting on project progress / statuses into the Workplace Portfolio and other stakeholders.
  • Be technically savvy: Gain familiarity of our technology stack through collaboration with application owners, architecture and engineers, in particular our core systems such as HRIS, ERP and other platforms.

You have 

  • Proven experience leading projects that creates impactful change
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders 
  • Commercial acumen, in particular on the shaping and articulation of projects benefits
  • Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills to create realistic project delivery plans

You are

  • Biased for action and able to work autonomously, constantly delivering impactful change by bringing others on the journey
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, being able to think through options and create plans to bring clarity
  • Passionate and inquisitive about technology and how they fit together to support efficient business processes that improves the way we work
