Position: QA Specialist
We’re looking for a highly skilled QA Specialist to join our dynamic business applications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our key systems, primarily Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📋 Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
- 📝 Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- 🧪 Execute manual tests primarly on Salesforce.
- 🐞 Identify, document, and report defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
- 📣 Ensure that all issues are logged and communicated effectively.
- ✅ Validate fixes and ensure they meet the required standards before deployment.
- 🤝 Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand the system functionalities and business processes.
- 🚀 Continuously improve the QA process and contribute to best practices and standards within the team.
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- 🕒 At least 2 years of experience in SAAS tools/software testing.
- 💼 Preferable experience with Salesforce.
- 🔍 Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- 📈 High business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- 🛠 Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively.
- 🗣 Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
