We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure that manufactured parts and assemblies meet technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality across suppliers and internal manufacturing processes within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect manufactured parts and assemblies for compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges; CMM reports where applicable)

  • Document inspection results and prepare clear quality documentation, including non-conformance reports

  • Identify quality issues and collaborate with internal teams and manufacturing partners to implement corrective actions

  • Support incoming inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product release

  • Maintain traceability documentation and ensure all quality records are complete and audit-ready

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality processes and supplier performance

Requirements
  • Completed technical education or relevant experience in quality control, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering

  • Experience in supplier quality, incoming inspection, or supplier development

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and general quality management principles

  • Familiarity with CAPA / 8D reports and root cause analysis methods

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or multi-supplier environment

Professional & Personal Skills
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and common manufacturing processes

  • Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and inspection methods

  • High attention to detail with a structured and reliable working style

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

Language Skills
  • Native-level proficiency in the local language

  • English is required (written and spoken) for daily communication with international teams

  • German and additional languages are considered a plus
