It's with that in mind that Beyond Pricing is looking to add a Recruiter to our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will have the opportunity to help shape our global recruiting strategy while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

As our Recruiter, you'll be responsible for:
- Owning and managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for various departments, including our Go To Market teams, Product, Design and Engineering, through applicant review, sourcing/screening candidates, schedule coordination and offer negotiation.
- Owning and managing the full lifecycle recruiting process across a variety of geographies including Europe, Latin America, and India
- Working directly with hiring managers to optimize the recruiting process across a variety of roles/teams in order to meet staffing goals and provide the best possible candidate experience.
- Assisting with the execution of Employment Brand programs
- Involvement in the development, implementation, and iteration of scalable recruiting programs and processes that support a world-class candidate experience and drive positive candidate engagement and pipeline building.
- Help to develop creative and proactive solutions where metrics are not meeting benchmarks
- Educating hiring managers on talent acquisition within a variety of markets, including developing and coaching on candidate messaging that is consistent and on-brand
- Staying current on geographic market trends or patterns that have potential impact on recruiting, and providing recommendations to the business on how to address

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 1-2 years experience with recruiting in a technology company
- Willingness to go into our Barcelona office 2-3 times a week.
- Experience recruiting in Europe
- Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting processes, and comfortably performing all related tasks (intake meetings, sourcing, scheduling, screening, offer negotiation, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in expanding pipeline diversity and running intentionally inclusive recruiting practices
- Demonstrated ability and interest in showcasing a positive and inclusive company culture
- Skilled in negotiation and ability to close candidates without flexing on business priorities/goals
- Demonstrated success in managing high-velocity recruitment and many open job requisitions at the same time
- Experience recruiting for technology companies with a global presence is a preferred
- Experience recruiting in India, Latin America, and US preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
