Your MissionAs our Recruiting & People Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our team and building strong people processes as we continue to grow. You'll join a remote-first company in the fast-growing e-mobility sector, where people are at the core of everything we do.
This is a hybrid role: around 50% focused on recruiting (depending on hiring needs), and 50% on broader People & Culture topics like onboarding, contracts, and team experience. You won’t just execute processes – you’ll actively help improve and build them.
If you enjoy working with people, bringing structure to fast-moving environments, and want to grow in HR, this role is for you.
Own and drive the full recruiting cycle end-to-end
Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers
Identify and implement improvements in hiring processes
Build and maintain a strong candidate experience
Own contract management and ensure the accurate preparation of employment-related documentation
Own and optimize onboarding and offboarding processes
Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and projects, including team events and engagement initiatives
Help shape internal processes as the company scales
1–3 years of experience in Recruiting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
Interest in HR tools, digital solutions, and AI
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Polish or German (must-have)
