Recruiting Coordinator- Fixed Term Contract

Position Overview:
The Recruiter Coordinator is instrumental to the global HR team and hiring teams, providing quality administrative support with all facets of the talent acquisition process. The role primarily consists of job posting, coordination with scheduling across EMEA and APAC time zones, onboarding preparation, ATS maintenance, administrative support tasks and recruiting projects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates across EMEA and APAC supporting various departments, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements across multiple time zones
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide a high-touch candidate experience
- Oversee the management of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity
- Assist in managing job postings on the firm website and all third party posting sites
- Maintain a high level of communication with candidates, hiring managers and interview teams.
- Work with admin teams to schedule travel for candidates as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Office environment professional experience in a recruiting support/administrative capacity
- Experience prioritizing and exercising critical thinking
- Experience working with ATS, Greenhouse is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
