We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. About the roleWe’re looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to design, implement, and scale the programs, systems, and workflows that power high-quality, high-speed hiring at Applied Intuition. This role is part builder, part operator, and part collaborator—connecting recruiting, engineering, operations, and leadership to create a world-class hiring experience for candidates and teams alike.
You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives across recruiting automation, process design, candidate experience, internal enablement, and talent brand. If you enjoy creating structure, scaling impactful programs, and enabling teams to operate at their best—we’d love to work with you.
At Applied Intuition, you will:- Build and scale recruiting workflows, programs, and tools that increase speed, accuracy, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with engineers, operations, and recruiters to connect systems (ATS, CRM, scheduling, portals) into a cohesive ecosystem
- Own program execution using Confluence (documentation) and JIRA (project tracking) to drive clarity and accountability
- Design and maintain candidate-facing experiences, from interview prep resources to post-offer engagement
- Support hiring team enablement through training, role scoping guides, and evaluation frameworks
- Develop and manage relationships with external talent networks, universities, and strategic partners
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Pilot emerging tools and technologies, assessing impact and driving adoption where valuable
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, program management, or systems design
- Strong project management skills—you can scope, plan, and deliver initiatives end-to-end
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem) and related tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences
- A systems mindset and attention to detail—you design for scalability and consistency
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with automation, AI-enabled recruiting tools, or workflow optimization
- Background in employer branding, university relations, or candidate experience programs
- Exposure to technical hiring environments or high-growth startups
The salary range for this position is $108,312 - $147,218 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
