Duration: Till end of 2024 (with potential to become permanent)

 

Step into the world of our European Talent Acquisition team (TA), focused on supporting our Sales and Operations teams to thrive.  Based out of Lutterworth, as a Recruitment Coordinator you will actively engage with our cross functional teams both onsite and across Europe, providing fast administrative support to strengthen our stakeholders experience.  

If you are looking for an opportunity to gain a taste or expand your career within Recruitment or a Talent Acquisition bias, this role will give you a platform to truly test your agility, problem solving and administrative skills.

What you will do 

  • Liaise and coordinate daily with our third party providers across the EU to ensure staffing volumes are aligned and fulfilled with our daily forecasted and planning requirements.
  • Support the EU Talent Acquisition team with all administrative tasks, completing swiftly and to a professional standard.
  • Actively share and promote internal roles across Sales and Operations, increasing awareness, referrals and direct applications.
  • Organise and coordinate inductions with our Training team for our new hires and temporary labour. 
  • Conduct and share local market research on our competitors/ trends in the employment market.
  • Actively source talent across our specialisms to increase brand awareness and build a ‘warm’ candidate pipeline
  • Update and maintain process guides strengthening our resource library.

What you will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills (in person, phone, email) with a  passion for providing and enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Good prioritisation skills and multi task management.
  • The ability to pivot in an ever changing environment, whilst remaining calm and measured under pressure.
  • A natural curiosity, with the desire to continuously be learning.
  • Confident IT navigation skills, with the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

 

Although not an essential requirement any previous recruitment, temporary agency, in house experience would be of interest, however ultimately if you have the desire to join a fast paced, people orientated team helping to shape the future of Wayfair we wish to hear from you.
