About the Team

The Americas Employee Experience (EEx) team is the face of HR to employees across the region, supporting the full employee lifecycle and partnering with leaders to deliver a consistent, positive experience.

We support employees across four key countries: United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, with dedicated EEx Managers for each region. While Brazil and Mexico are primarily supported by a regional partner based in Brazil, our team regularly collaborates across borders to share best practices and provide coverage when needed.

This role will focus on supporting the Sales business units in the U.S. and Canada, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, while partnering closely with peers across the Americas team.

The Americas EEx team is led by the Senior Director, Regional Employee Experience, who oversees both Compliance and EEx, and is composed of three Senior EEx Managers aligned to major business units. This position reports directly to the Senior EEx Manager supporting Sales, ensuring alignment with MongoDB’s commercial priorities and leadership expectations.
