We are looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to support all operational aspects of the renewal sales cycle. You will work closely with customers, Account Executives, Solution Architects, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal teams to drive successful renewals. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences that enhance retention rates.
The impact you will have:

- Manage the entire renewals process from start to finish, ensuring all milestones and activities are met.
- Proactively analyze and forecast renewal risks up to 180 days before contract expiration.
- Lead your assigned territory to consistently exceed quarterly and annual booking targets.
- Regularly report on progress to key stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk customers and develop targeted churn mitigation strategies.
- Cultivate a high-performance team culture centered around customer-first values, integrity, and optimism.
What we look for:
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS customer-facing role; renewals-specific experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of renewals best practices and a proven track record of achieving high on-time renewal rates.
- Excellent operational, deal formulation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of telling compelling stories with data and motivating stakeholders to act.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to manage escalations to successful outcomes for both customers and the company.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT, Big Data, and the financial drivers of business success across industries.
- Passion for leveraging data and AI to transform industries.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
