As the Renewals Manager, you will be instrumental in driving in-quarter renewals/SaaS contracts while working in tandem with the Customer Success and Sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of quotes to the customer as well as securing PO and signature from customers and channel partners. Make your mark cultivating opportunities within your customer base and working with sales to close these opportunities efficiently.  As a member of the Customer Success team, it is key you are able to understand the software sales cycle and procurement processes to be successful.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Track an accurate renewal/SaaS list by quarter, account, rep and territory.
  • Prepare and send renewal quotes to customers.
  • Weekly follow-up on deals, negotiation, closing.
  • Track all quotes and emails in Salesforce.com.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders/Contracts are processed before previous contract expires.
  • Work closely with LogicMonitor Finance and legal teams to ensure timely completion and closure of contracts.
  • Forecast renewals on a weekly basis with the Customer Success leadership.
  • Forecast risk/churn on a weekly basis to ensure accurate forecasting for the business.
  • Build trust and relationships with our customers
  • Proactively identify customer dependencies, keeping ahead of potential blockers and driving renewals to on-time closure
  • Dig in with customers to identify an areas of growth potential
  • Work with sales to support any potential growth deals
  • Forecast growth opportunities on a weekly basis
  • Price out and quote growth opportunities
  • Close and deliver on growth deals
  • Achieve established retention goals
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of quoting and negotiation experience
  • 1-2 years of software renewals experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and improve processes in dynamic environments
  • Experience with high volume account management - Process oriented with strong attention to detail, effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to grasp and navigate business practices related to Sales and Customer Success
  • Quoting experience and strong numeracy skills
  • Experience working with technical customer personas
