About the Team

Our Revenue Management team drives the performance of SumUp’s commercial growth engine. We work end-to-end on projects that increase revenue and capital efficiency across acquisition channels, from creating compelling offers for merchants to analyzing channel performance and steering strategic decisions that support SumUp’s growth ambitions.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that blends strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational execution. The team’s work spans three pillars - Strategizing, Reporting, and Executing - ensuring that every decision is backed by data and aligned with our long-term goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Influence Field Sales acquisition strategy, influencing +150 sales executives across Brazil, guiding investment levels, budget allocation, sales intelligence, lead generation, and more.
  • Manage detailed reporting for sales, engagement, and profitability metrics, reporting results to Board-level stakeholders.
  • Manage remuneration strategy and operations to ensure positive payback, productivity and staff turnover.
  • Evaluate experiments and campaigns, translating insights into concrete recommendations and actions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain automations to streamline operational processes.
  • Drive process improvements and lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across CRM, Operations, and Sales Enablement.
You’ll Be Great for This Role If You
  • Have previous experience as a business, financial, or revenue analyst, across any industry.
  • Bring strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools is differential.
  • Understand corporate finance and pricing principles, with the ability to connect data insights to commercial strategy.
  • Are confident in managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing growth with efficiency.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, Sales Intelligence, or Planning functions.
  • Background in financial services, payments industry, or sales.
  • Degree in business, economics, finance, or a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, mathematics).
