We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our GTM Operations team. This is an entry-level, high-impact role designed for recent graduates who are analytically strong, highly curious, and excited to learn how modern SaaS businesses scale.

You’ll work closely with experienced RevOps leaders and partner daily with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams—gaining hands-on exposure to the systems, data, and processes that drive revenue at scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Support day-to-day operations across Sales teams
  • Help maintain and improve our CRM and GTM tools, ensuring clean data and reliable workflows
  • Build and analyze reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making
  • Assist in RevOps projects such as pipeline analysis, forecasting support, territory planning, and process improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions
  • Learn and apply best practices in SaaS GTM operations, analytics, and automation
Who You Are
  • A recent graduate (or graduating soon) with strong academic performance
  • Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured problem-solving
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how businesses operate at scale
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to explain insights thoughtfully
Preferred Background (Nice to Have)
  • Degree in Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar fields
  • Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, or SQL (academic or internship level is great)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or SaaS tools through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Interest in SaaS, GTM strategy, or business operations

Salary Range: $75-90K

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
