YOUR IMPACT
You are the backbone of clean, complete, and trusted deal data—empowering Sales as a partner to move fast and make smart decisions with confidence and ensuring a smooth deal-to-invoice flow.
Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:
- Verify Deals: Ensure account, opportunity, contract and product data in our CRM (Salesforce) is accurate and complete.
- Approving closed deals: Check new deals that were closed, verify the data within a set time and provide Sales with feedback if changes or corrections need to be applied.
- Support Complex Deal Structuring: Partner with Sales to input and manage complex deals in our CRM ensuring that they are correctly processed to the billing and implementation team.
- Connect and work as a team: Closely collaborate with other teams like Accounting, Customer Success or Internal Applications.
- Train and Empower Sales Teams: Learn from the errors that you see, define best practice and help the Sales teams to work smarter and reduce non-deal work.
- Drive Data Insights: Create reports and analytics that uncover trends and support strategic decision-making.
- You are fluent in English (at least B2+) and at least one further language – either German, French, Italian, or Spanish. The more, the better!
- You own a degree, ideally in Business, Finance, STEM, or Economics from a university/business school. Degrees from other areas are also welcome.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales, sales operations, data quality control, or deal desk, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS. Matching internships are appreciated as well.
- You have experience with Salesforce (preferably) or other CRM systems.
- You have a sharp eye for details, and you love clean and accurate data.
- You collaborate and quickly establish relationships, and you enjoy being the go-to person when colleagues have questions or run into problems.
- You are curious about understanding and analyzing data, creating, reporting, and helping with strategic decisions.
- You have a proactive, problem-solving, and hands-on mindset, enjoy anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement, as well as taking initiative to drive results.
- You have strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills. You learn fast, and you can teach other people.
