The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

It’s time to bring your best and make your mark. Join Revenue and Success at Personio, using your subject-matter expertise to build relationships with our customers and help them maximize their value every day. Together, we’re solving real problems for real people.

The Revenue Operations team at Personio is a key strategic partner for our sales and customer growth leaders across strategy, analytics, operations, productivity and tools. Our team members are experts in revenue strategy and operations and great analytical thinkers. They are innately curious and strive to always understand and better the status quo.

Partnering with senior revenue leadership and the broader Go-to-Market team (new business and net retention), you will own the overall compensation calculations, records and trackers for both the Sales and Growth teams. We are in the midst of a big upgrade of our processes and systems in this area so whilst we heavily rely on google sheets in the short term, you will be driving insights on how we can automate and scale long term.
