This is a hybrid office-based role located in Personio’s Munich, Dublin, or London office.

As part of the Reward team, you will play a key role in enriching the employee experience by developing, implementing, and embedding our reward strategy across Personio. Whether it’s designing competitive compensation packages or creating benefits that motivate and retain top talent, your work will have a tangible impact on how employees feel recognized, valued, and supported. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

Compensation Business Partnering

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation-related matters for assigned departments.

  • Collaborate with department leaders and HR Business Partners to design and manage competitive, fair, and performance-driven compensation programs.

  • Provide expert guidance on salary benchmarking, job evaluations, pay structures, and incentive plans.

  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation strategies to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity.

Benefits Program Management
  • Own, evolve and oversee the company’s benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs.

  • Partner with external vendors and brokers to manage benefit offerings and negotiate renewals or enhancements.

  • Evaluate and implement new benefit initiatives to enhance the employee experience and support our talent strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams to align reward strategies with business objectives.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offers and support hiring strategies through market data and compensation insights.

  • Collaborate with Communications teams to effectively promote and educate employees about reward programs.

Data Analytics and Insights
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive decisions.

  • Create dashboards, reports, and models to support strategic initiatives and measure the impact of reward programs.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including pay equity and transparency.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a compensation or rewards-focused role, preferably within a dynamic, growth-driven organization.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing international benefits programs, with a strong understanding of global benefits practices and compliance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits programs.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, compensation tools, and data visualization platforms such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Strong knowledge of market trends, pay benchmarking practices, and benefits administration.
