Sales Development Representative - Dutch Speaking (all genders)

Your role will involve advising new B2B prospects, identifying their needs through various activities, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and actively expanding our network and lead pipeline. Your responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for new B2B customers, offering expert advice and guidance from the outset
- Identify customer needs through inbound and outbound activities, and schedule appointments for sales colleagues
- Build and expand your own lead pipeline through proactive outbound efforts
- Collaborate in qualifying leads generated from various marketing campaigns
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via phone, email, social media, and networking
- Assist in documenting and maintaining our CRM database
- Support the development and optimization of sales strategies
- Participate in industry and networking events to broaden the company's presence
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in B2B sales or sales development roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Natural persuasiveness, strong consulting skills, and authenticity in communication
- Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism
- Enjoyment of knowledge-sharing, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow
- Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are advantageous.
