• You will research and identify target accounts in assigned territories
• You will use multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to generate new opportunities
• You will personalize messaging to resonate with high-achieving club operators
• You will qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
• You will track and report on outreach activity and pipeline contribution in CRM
• You will partner with marketing on account-based campaigns and event follow-up

• You have 1–2 years outbound sales experience preferred (B2B SaaS or fitness industry a plus)
• You have strong prospecting skills with resilience to handle rejection
• You have excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• You have the ability to research accounts and personalize outreach for impact
• You have a competitive spirit and drive to exceed goals
• You have the ability to travel 10-15% of your time, including international travel.

• You will earn an annual salary of $68,000 - $75,000 plus bonus.
