The Challenge
As OneTrust continues to scale globally, the Enablement team is delivering increasingly complex and cross-functional programs across regions, roles, and time zones. To support this momentum, we are seeking a highly organized Enablement Coordinator to help orchestrate the execution of enablement initiatives worldwide.

About the Role
We are seeking an Enablement Coordinator to support the successful execution of enablement programs across our global Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. Based in Madrid, you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across EMEA, North America, and APJ to coordinate enablement events, manage logistics, and help maintain the infrastructure that supports our global learning experience. This is an entry-level role with high visibility and the opportunity to grow within the enablement function.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs, including onboarding, product training, and skill development sessions.

Manage cross-regional calendars, ensuring appropriate coverage and coordination across time zones.

Prepare materials for global enablement sessions including agendas, presentation decks, and follow-up documentation.

Track program participation, collect feedback, and support the analysis of engagement and completion metrics.

Maintain and update global content repositories in our Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS).

Collaborate with enablement program managers, content specialists, and regional leads to ensure alignment and continuity across regions.

Monitor and maintain enablement tools and platforms to support seamless learner experiences.

Support event logistics for live enablement experiences, including virtual workshops, immersion days, and global enablement campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience

0-1 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or learning support role, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines across time zones.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); experience with LMS and CMS platforms is a plus.

A global mindset, cultural awareness, and comfort working with international teams.
