Sales Enablement Director

What You’ll Bring to the TableYou are organized and detail oriented with a passion for helping great teams drive successful completion of Sales Enablement projects. You are a great communicator, motivator, and project manager. You’ll be integral in ensuring the successful scale of our global Sales Development Program. You will have an active role maintaining effective communication with key partners on our global sales, enablement and other teams.

Position DescriptionAs a member of our GTM Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for training program creation and delivery for our global Sales Development team, including collaborating with SMEs, creating/ delivering/ curating content, gathering feedback and data and updating content to ensure relevance and efficacy. This role is critical to our ability to attain annual revenue goals. This position is expected to help develop content strategy, take the lead on projects, and partner with senior team members to improve their own knowledge and skills.
Preferred Qualifications- 10 years of Enablement experience at a technology company
- 2 years of experience in a selling role
- Support the APAC region, inclusive of stakeholder management, live classroom sessions, and virtual training
- Develop and deliver focused enablement programs to our sales team to ensure world-class results
- Partner with sales leadership to facilitate and lead regular virtual or in-person onboarding sessions to accelerate onboarding and continued development
- Monitor sales performance and data trends, surfacing strong behaviors or areas of opportunity to leadership
- Drive the development of GTM IC and leader skills that build behaviors to deliver exceptional business results
- Strategically partner with the GTM organization leveraging data and our technical expertise to shape the enablement journey for GTM employees globally

- 10+ year in an enablement or coaching role
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or a sales quota-carrying role
- Experience working for or with a high tech company
- Experience with Value-based Sales Methodologies and/or qualification frameworks; e.g. MEDDIC, Command of the Message (Force Management)
- Knowledge of business and technology-related challenges and solutions including email security and cybersecurity
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and participate on projects with varied industry and business imperatives
- Proven ability to build consensus and lead in a virtual/remote team environment
- Exceptional business problem-solving aptitude combined with strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding oral and written presentation communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Data-driven: constant optimization of activities and outputs
