What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end enablement programme for Sales, Account Management, and Partnership teams
- Develop and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and sales collateral; optimise usage of collateral management platforms
- Analyse performance data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, including usage metrics from SDR and AE teams
- Support pipeline integrity and forecasting through training on MEDDICC methodology and CRM hygiene, aligned with Salesforce field updates
- Support monthly sales meetings, quarterly business reports, and sales kick-off meetings, owning the agenda and coordination of presentations and presenters
- Own sales collateral tool (Seismic), including collating and maintaining collateral ensuring alignment with Product and Marketing, as well as consistency across commercial teams
- Lead the rollout and adoption of tooling such as Salesloft, and Seismic, including advanced features like AI summaries, conversational intelligence, and coaching insights
- Partner with Rev Ops and GTM leadership to align enablement with strategic priorities and tooling decisions
- Support the broader Rev Ops and Commercial teams with ad hoc tasks and projects, building and ensuring strong Go-To-Market processes and efficiency
Who You Are
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in sales enablement or GTM programme management
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC), CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable enablement plans
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product
- Curiosity, and exploration of new ideas and ways of working
- SAAS, FinTech, and / or payments experience
Nice to haves
- Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, and Salesloft
- Previous experience in a Sales role
