We are a growing team looking for s Sales Executive to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Riga office.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Sales Executive you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like acquiring new customers, providing primary post-sales support to existing customers, managing relationships of accounts and developing strategies to maximize these relationships. You will be responsible for protecting and enhancing revenue by implementing the terms of contracts, monitoring and maintaining performance, and working together with internal stakeholders to increase technology adoption. Proactively monitor accounts to identify and action any issues that may impact growth or profitability.  

You’ll be collaborating closely with the team to develop sennder’s customer portfolio within the Baltic/EU/Scandinavian region.   • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively prospect, create, and develop new leads through cold & warm outreach; generate new customer opportunities.
  • Interact with customers to evaluate the value that our suite of products and services can bring to their business.
  • Collaborate with Operations & Pricing teams to develop winning tender strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.
  • Develop long-term relationships that unlock future growth.
  • Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales preferably in the transportation and/or logistics sector. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. 
  • Being open and love interacting with people, able to express yourself, being attentive within customers’ needs. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English (other Baltic region languages will be considered as an advantage).
