Our proprietary end-to-end logistics network enables us to drive speed, quality and lower costs. A key component of our logistics and supply chain footprint are our CastleGate Forwarding services. We are scaling a global digital freight forwarding business and developing a differentiated experience for importers, who want to be part of a supply chain for the e-commerce age. 

Position Description 

The Sales Operations Specialist under Asia Sales & Service team will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by optimizing processes, managing sales data, being fully responsible for Asia supplier’s contracts handling & handling net new supplier’s onboarding journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end to end onboarding journey to the new customers including shipper onboarding of NA suppliers needs.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system(salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments like contract management, import customs to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and achieve goals

Required Experience/Skills

  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, international trade, Supply Chain, Logistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and adeptness in working with data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred or plus

  • Background in supply chain-related majors or prior experience in the international logistics industry.
  • Experience in working with global teams and external partners.
  • Experience in sales operations of logistics or transportation industry
