Strategy and Planning Team @ MongoDB

MongoDB is one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies in the world.To fuel this growth we are hiring an Analyst, under Partner Strategy and Planning team which sits in the  Sales Operations family and is responsible for ensuring that organization has access to high-quality information required to make data-driven decisions.

Shift Timings: 2pm-10pm. Cabs will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Play a vital role the partner commissions process and resolve queries related to commissions
  • Salesforce record management - ensure partner data is reflected accurately in our system of record and resolve queries related to partner crediting
  • Writing Advanced SQL queries to automate manual processes
  • Answer ad-hoc reporting requests; setup automated reporting/dashboards to mitigate ad-hoc requests
  • Working with internal customers across different time zones
  • Request triage and prioritization
  • Create requirement gathering docs, estimate project timelines, UAT scenarios, automation release
  • Reviewing SQL code work for accuracy and functionality
  • Create Salesforce/Tableau dashboards
  • Help the team with Ideation, solutioning 
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments
Requirements
  • Experience in SQL (2-3 years)
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.com and familiarity with the Opportunity flow, Sales Process, Account structure, searching, editing records 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of customer experience, listening to customers' voice, and work backward to improve business process and operations (“customers” in this role refers to internal MongoDB stakeholders, primarily our partner sales team who you will be supporting)
  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities
  • Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering
  • Open-minded, creative, and proactive thinking
  • Experience with sales/sales users is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and Ideation skills
