OneTrust, the world's leading Trust Intelligence platform, is seeking a talented Sales Program Manager to join our high-performing team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and accelerate pipeline development.
Your Mission- Manage program execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of sales programs, ensuring proper implementation, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven programs: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create innovative programs that drive quality pipeline, improve conversion rates, and maximize deal velocity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to design and execute impactful programs that drive revenue and support the overall sales strategy.
- Aligning Global campaigns, promotions and messaging (industry and competitive) to targeted industries, segments and accounts.
- Drive data-driven decision making: Analyze program performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders, informing optimization and strategic adjustments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Salesloft), and programs to consistently enhance sales performance.
- 3+ years of experience in a program management, sales, sales readiness, marketing, business development, or similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing programs that drive business impact.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence across departments.
- A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the evolving sales landscape.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a can-do attitude.
- Experience in the Privacy, GRC spaces or related industries.
- Understanding of OneTrust's products and solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.
- Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
