YOUR MISSION
You'll have the mission to build and manage a sales dream team , continuously training and improving them to reach ambitious goals in a hyper-growing tech startup. You will be leading part of the Glovo Sales Team, working closely with the Head of Sales in Poland as well as coordinating with other Teams
THE JOURNEY
- Together with your team meet monthly objectives defined by the Head of Longtail
- Train and develop team members to be more effective and efficient in their work
- Track your team KPI performance and conduct analysis of current performance
- Take care for motivating your team in their daily job to keep their job satisfaction on high level
- Ensure that your team keeps their pipeline updated on a daily basis and manage their pipeline
- Help your team with daily task ensuring smooth workflow
- Take care of new team members onboarding
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least, 3 years of experience in high-performance sales;
- Mandatory experience in leading a sales team;
- Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred (Tech, FMCG, etc)
- Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer;
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals;
- Good analytical skills and practical approach in identifying issues and solutions;
- Familiarity with sales management and reporting tools (eg. Salesforce);
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence, drive change and ensure a great execution;
- Very good English level in speaking and writing.
