Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

Your Tasks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Design and configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports.
  • Work closely with developers and system administrators to implement and test Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in delivering Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Apex Triggers, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A minimum of ADM201 Salesforce certification. Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Pardot is a notable advantage.
