This role is within the Technology Data and Intelligence (TDI) team, focused on building secure, scalable, and innovative systems that boost internal efficiency. We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our CPQ unit to scale business solutions and maintain our critical sales technology stack. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while ensuring system reliability through automated testing and continuous deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Implementation: Translate user stories and business requirements into well-designed, scalable, and secure technical solutions. You will primarily leverage the Salesforce platform, focusing on the Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
  • Code Quality & Collaboration: Participate actively in Pull Request (PR) reviews to maintain overall code quality and consistency. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, analysts, and other engineers, to drive projects from concept to production.
  • Testing & Reliability: Write comprehensive unit tests for all new logic to ensure high code coverage, and contribute to the growth of our automated test regression suite.
  • Deployment Support: Assist with the deployment cycle, which includes documenting changes, performing validation, and resolving environment-specific issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Salesforce Development Expertise (3+ years): Solid experience with Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Process/Flow Automations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Software Development Fundamentals (1+ years): A strong foundation in general software engineering principles, with experience in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) or related domains.
  • DevOps/CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, such as Jenkins and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
  • Security Focus: Understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices for developing secure and reliable solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and a clear eagerness to learn and collaborate with a team.
  • Global Collaboration & Ownership: Demonstrated strong ownership and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional, global teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Credit)

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, CPQ Administrator).
  • Demonstrated interest in learning about Salesforce DevOps practices.
  • Experience with modern AI agent frameworks, orchestration techniques, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Poland is between:161 000 zł—236 500 zł PLN
