We are seeking a skilled SAP IBP lead to join our team to design, implement, and support SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enable effective supply chain and demand planning processes.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning processes
  • Design and configure SAP IBP modules such as: Demand Planning (DP); Supply Planning (SP); Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP); Inventory Optimization; Response and Supply
  • Build planning models, key figures, and planning views using SAP Fiori and Excel Add-in
  • Integrate SAP IBP with other systems (SAP ECC/S4 HANA, non-SAP tools)
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users
  • Participate in testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support
  • Monitor and optimize IBP performance and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and vendors

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementations or support
  • Hands-on experience in one or more SAP IBP modules
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and business planning processes
  • Proficiency with SAP IBP Excel Add-in and Fiori-based UI
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-DS) or SAP CI (Cloud Integration) tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
  • Additional Preferred Experience:
    • SAP IBP certification
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP APO
    • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
    • Experience working in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $149,000—$224,000 USD
