The Challenge 

We're seeking a skilled Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to manage supplier invoices efficiently. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. You'll collaborate closely with our Global Accounts Payable team, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to policies. Success in this role requires proactive engagement, managing complex invoices, and supporting various corporate partners. 

Your Mission 
  • Review global expense reports for compliance, ensuring proper classification, approvals, and documentation.
  • Prepare bi-weekly payment runs, reconciling and organizing reports for approval before processing.
  • Input and manage invoices from the AP ticket queue and inbox, maintaining cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Provide prompt and friendly customer service to external suppliers and internal inquiries.
  • Reconcile processed work, analyze invoice reports, and charge expenses accurately.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure completeness of purchase orders for invoice matching.
  • Follow procedures for supplier creation or updates, verifying provided information.
  • Resolve issues with purchase orders, invoices, payments, and outstanding memos.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and assist in audits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and update job knowledge through training opportunities.
  • Accomplish accounting tasks as required to support the organization.
You Are 
  • +3yrs of relevant related experience in similar roles
  • Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer service-oriented and capable of building effective relationships.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Preferably experienced with financial accounting software, particularly Workday.
