The Employee Relations Senior Analyst is responsible for leveraging data analytics to enhance employee relations strategies and outcomes. This role involves deep data analysis, trend identification, and the development of predictive models to proactively address employee relations issues. The analyst will support conflict resolution and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws through data-driven insights and strategies.

You will:

Advanced Data Analytics

  • Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret complex employee relations data.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data sets to predict potential employee relations issues.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for management.

Predictive Modeling and Forecasting

  • Create and refine predictive models to forecast employee behavior, turnover rates, and potential workplace disputes. 
  • Use statistical analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes in Employee Relations.

Comprehensive Reporting

  • Prepare detailed reports and visualizations that communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular presentations to HR leadership and executive teams on employee relations metrics and insights.

Compliance and Risk Management 

  • Ensure that data collection and analysis practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 
  • Conduct data audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks. 

Employee Relations Support 

  • Use data to support the investigation and resolution of employee complaints and workplace disputes. 
  • Provide data-backed guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.

 

You are:

  • An excellent visual and tactical communicator, skilled in translating data and metrics into terms understood by a wide audience.
  • Objective, approachable, and able to interact effectively with all levels of employees both in person and virtually in a positive and respectful manner;
  • Bring a high level of discretion due to the sensitive nature of activities within the HR organization and are able to maintain the highest level of personal integrity and confidentiality;
  • Adaptable and flexible, you are motivated to drive results in new and changing environments;

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting complex data insights.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Experience handling multiple and complex projects simultaneously, and working in an environment that requires flexibility, innovation, superb customer service skills, and organization;
  • Track record of strong collaboration skills, and highly trusted.
