Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations | Energy (Hybrid)
As a Senior Analyst of Revenue Operations, you will work closely with leadership and teams across the Energy portfolio to analyze our P&L, build financial models, and use data analysis to influence key business decisions. The role will include P&L Management, strategic communication, customer lifetime value management, opportunity modeling, report building, and ad hoc strategic projects. This person will engage and partner with functional leaders to report on and analyze opportunities to ensure we hit our monthly and yearly financial goals. You won’t just analyze the data - you’ll own your work; from ideation and strategy to implementation; focusing on a variety of projects directly driving long-term business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own weekly reporting to senior leadership on the pacing and health of our Energy business
- Own financial modeling for quarterly, annual, and long-range planning
- Work with the accounting team and business unit leads on the monthly financial close process for the Energy business
- Own data and reporting funnels for all revenue streams of the Energy business units
- Provide in-depth analyses and insights to drive our sales strategy and identify key business opportunities
- Own strategic projects working across multiple teams focused on accomplishing key initiatives to drive profitability
- Foster a culture of data-based decision making and an accountability for metrics and results
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment ideally in a role focused on revenue operations, business analytics, or financial analysis
- Robust analytical skills and extensive Excel/Google Sheets experience required
- Proven track record demonstrating an aptitude to take ownership of projects: being the point person to develop, design and implement process
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Stellar communicator: this individual will interact with/present to senior leaders, partners, a multitude of audiences on a regular basis
- Comfortable working with and interpreting large data sets to make real-time decisions and recommendations
Compensation
- Cash Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000*
- Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
