• Lead the data-driven decision-making process through market comparisons, internal data analysis, and research.
• Connect the tribe areas (credit risk, origination and servicing) in a singular performance view.
• Enhance our key metrics by analyzing variables such as servicing success rate, collection rate and default.
• Identify opportunities and work on projects to increase the acceptance rate of credit products in order to meet commercial goals.
• Own the tribe P&L, analyzing financial performance based on repayment behaviors and credit margins, monitoring operations expenses and conducting investor portfolio report analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations to product managers and operations teams for improving adoption, retention and revenue growth.
• Lead the discovery of new credit products for every market and its singularities.

• Have fluent English in both speaking and writing
• Have 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Have knowledge of industry-standard analysis tools (databases, SQL, Tableau and Excel)
• Are familiar with finance routines (budgeting, reporting, etc)
• Are a problem-solver and have critical thinking to adapt fast to new scenarios
• Have strong stakeholder and project management skills
• Have proactive mindset with a bias towards action
• Prior experience in fast paced environments
