Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. This is a 100% Remote role. Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, you will work between 12:30pm - 9:30pm IST.

• Demonstrated experience in system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and Information Technology practices and methods.
• Work on monthly Change management items (metadata updates) for SAP and Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud service (FCCS).
• Maintain Security/Access for all applicable Business Systems.
• Work on Business Systems requests through Service Now tickets or emails.
• Communication effectively both orally and in writing. Should be able to deliver with minimum handholding.

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility concerning any applicable professional experience of Business systems, SAP, Oracle FCCS.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or IT or equivalent degree.
• Any ERP systems (like NetSuite or Oracle ERP) experience.
• Service now experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment offsite; Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing and able to learn new concepts, processes, and systems with a positive attitude.
