Senior Client Revenue Manager

It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Senior Client Revenue Manager to our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Services, you’ll manage client accounts that rely on our Guidance offering for outsourced revenue management. This role is a unique blend of data analysis, strategy, and client relationship management. You’ll be a trusted advisor and pricing expert, helping customers optimize revenue while ensuring a world-class experience.

As a Senior Client Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving as a dedicated revenue manager for ~8 enterprise clients, using our platform and your expertise to guide pricing decisions and maximize revenue.
- Analyzing booking data and market trends to provide strategic, data-driven insights.
- Delivering ad-hoc reporting and performance analysis to help customers understand key opportunities and risks.
- Building strong, consultative relationships with clients, becoming a trusted extension of their team.
- Leading retention and renewal conversations, identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
- Communicating clearly and effectively to explain complex data in a way that drives action.
- Delivering proactive, white-glove service that helps our clients not just survive but thrive regardless of the market conditions.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 2+ years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, etc.)
- 3+ years of revenue management experience, ideally in hospitality or a related industry.
- This role requires up to 5% travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Proficiency with analytical tools and comfort working with data sets in Excel.
- Experience presenting to clients and supporting them through training, product updates, and strategic sessions.
- Willing to travel occasionally for in-person meetings with partners and internal teams.
