Title: Senior Collections Analyst

  • Monitor portfolio of accounts, and credit management by ensuring accurate collections processes with little oversight.
    • Send reminders and collections notices on past due invoices
    • Support renewal collections
    • Deactivations for past due accounts and/or work stoppage on past due Implementations
    • Drive resolution of disputes including tax, POs, billing and other issues, while monitoring trends of disputes.
    • AR refund requests
    • Provide guidance for forecasting of payments in quarter
    • Draft legal demand letters, when appropriate
    • Negotiate payment plans within guidelines, and escalating when necessary
    • Maintain customer records including contacts, payment trends, and payment runs
    • Calculate and monitor customer collection metrics for portfolio
    • Reconcile customer accounts
    • Escalate bankruptcy filings to lead and manager
    • Negotiate payment plans in compliance with internal policies
  • Lead discussions with customers and partners on a regular cadence, including escalation calls as required.
  • Coach more junior team members, when appropriate
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal parties
  • Internal projects, as required

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Collections, with a majority in the Technology Industry
  • Experience in the tech and SaaS experience (highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills; problem solver, high level of curiosity, ability to dive deep, find solutions and deliver results
  • Solid experience with key financial tools and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) as well as Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Working Time: 12AM - 9AM Philippine Time
