We are seeking a talented and experienced Community & Advocacy Senior Manager to develop, manage, and grow our practitioner community. You will lead the strategy and execution of community initiatives, fostering engagement, knowledge sharing, and loyalty among customers and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with business objectives and enhance the customer experience. Join a dynamic team impacting IT infrastructure monitoring and observability. Your role is pivotal for LogicMonitor's growth, offering visibility and the chance to make your mark.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive User Group strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of community initiatives, including user groups, events, and content & social media programs.
  • Foster a sense of community among our customers, partners, and employees by creating opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure that community insights and feedback are incorporated into product roadmaps, content strategies, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with community influencers, advocates, and subject matter experts to enhance the value and credibility of our community initiatives.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote our community initiatives and thought leadership.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in community management in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and growing successful in-person communities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in community management platforms, social media tools, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles, best practices, and familiarity with industry trends in community management and engagement strategies.

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$104,265—$126,000 USD
