As a Senior Program Manager within the Global Customer Enablement Practice, you will have the unique opportunity to shape how Databricks training and enablement goes to market to customers globally.
You will report to the Global Customer Enablement Practice Director and help develop and execute strategies that enable our GTM Teams - Sales, Field Engineering, Marketing as well as regional Customer Enablement Teams - to be more effective in positioning the value of training to customers. You will leverage your expertise in effective communications to develop compelling enablement material, and own the distribution and enablement of strategies and offerings to GTM Teams.

The impact you will have:
- Support the development of global customer enablement strategies and programs that increase the Databricks trained users base within customer accounts at scale
- Own the execution of strategies and adoption of programs
- Launch and maintain standard operating procedures and supporting resources to make it easier and faster for GTM Teams to drive training with customers
- Track impact and maintain accountability of programs with reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate programs and resources into GTM motion
What we look for:
- 6+ years of technical program management and stakeholder management experience in an enterprise technology company
- Ability to develop compelling stories based on data and motivate stakeholders and leaders to action
- Experience creating scalable and simple processes and resources that are adopted by cross-functional teams
- Experience working in or with go-to-market teams, such as professional services, customer success, marketing, sales
- Experience building insights-rich and actionable reports
- Strong communications and presentation skills
Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
