YOUR MISSION
In this role you will be part of the Account Management Team at Glovo Headquarters, that is focused on growing and retaining Glovo partners. You will be directly responsible for analyzing, challenging, and rethinking the data, business processes, and partner performance metrics in our post-sales operations.
THE JOURNEY
- Understand and address local and regional needs by stepping into the shoes of the account managers and partners, and truly understanding their perspective.
- Continuously explore and refine key metrics (such as: preferred partnerships, % Gen 1 orders, # active partners), gaining a comprehensive understanding of partner´s performance
- Evaluate and challenge established global processes for account management team
- Continuously explore data to identify opportunities for improvement in various internal operational processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track and analyze the performance of our KPIs, and create new tools to improve the department’s metric visibility.
- Analyze KPIs, evaluate historical data and trends, propose new thresholds or criteria, and recommend strategies to optimize the performance of these KPIs
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering preferred.
- 4 years of work experience, outside of an academic and internship setting, in a quantitative analysis role
- A strong interest in understanding the business context and how data insights can impact strategic goals.
- Mastery in SQL and experience working with analytics/ds libraries such as Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R Markdown
- In-depth knowledge of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Data studio and practical experience analyzing data, program metrics, and performance
- Ability to summarize and represent data (e.g., descriptive statistics and graphs).
- Ability to create robust, insightful, and story-telling visualizations using modern BI & Analytics tools and ability to identify data Issues.
- Familiarity with a collaborative environment and/or version control (GitHub, Git).
- Ability to build hypotheses and test them (sometimes by piloting projects entirely)
- Project management / coordination skills. Determined to get things done
- You are eager to learn, hungry for knowledge, and want to work towards growing in your career from day one.
- You are independent in solving problems within your capabilities and proactive in asking for support when the task is beyond your expertise.
- You are not afraid of giving/receiving constant & honest feedback
- Excellent spoken and written English.
